Cancellation Policy

All Services: All sales are final. No refunds after the reading or service has been completed and delivered. YouTube Live Reading: No refunds after purchasing this service Private Video Reading: You can request a refund for a reading that has NOT been completed and delivered. You have 24 hours after of purchasing to cancel. Readings are delivered within 72 business hours of booking unless stated otherwise. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of purchasing. 1 on 1 Video Conference Reading: You may reschedule if you can't make your appointment. However, you must reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment date for the 1 on 1 video conference reading service. There will be a reschedule fee of $25 if you reschedule less than 48 hours in advance before your appointment date. The reschedule fee must be paid before a new time slot can be scheduled. You are only allowed to reschedule 2 times only. Your order will be canceled if you miss two appointments and you will incur a $25 cancellation fee. You must cancel within 48 hours after the confirmed booking date and time for a 1 on 1 video conference reading for a full refund. Cancellation made after 48 hours after the confirmed booking date and time will incur a cancellation fee of $25. Monthly Reading Subscriptions: By purchasing a monthly recurring subscription you agree to the terms of the recurring policy. You must submit a cancellation request at least 5 days or more before your next scheduled recurring payment to prevent any further charges. Cancellation request made less than 5 days before the next scheduled recurring payment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Extended Video Access Plan: You must submit a cancellation request at least 5 days or more before your next scheduled recurring payment to prevent any further charges. Cancellations made after your scheduled recurring payment was paid will not be refunded.
